Managers Emotional Intelligence & Their Leadership Styles amongst SMEs in the Malaysian ICT Sector

The result of my study showed that transformational leadership and transactional leadership styles are lnflunced by social awareness and self management respectively in managers of Malaysian ICT SMEs in the Selangor state. Therefore, managers who have a transformational leadership style showed the ability to percive, understand , and respond to others' emotion. Managers who have a transactional leadership style showed that they were able to manage their emotions (self management).
